Summary of works done:​

The biggest project we’ve taken on. We transformed this property from a derelict 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow to a 5 bed, 5 bath two storey home. We added on a loft conversion to create an additional 2 bedrooms, built a rear extension and completed refinished the garden to include a swimming pool! The rear extension is home to the kitchen, living and dining spaces with bifolds to look out onto the garden. The exterior of the property has been rendered with a new driveway that will hold 3 cars.
