Summary of works done:​

For this project we created an additional bedroom to turn it into a 3 bed, 2 bath house. We re-configured the downstairs opening up the kitchen and conservatory to create an open plan feel to the entire downstairs. Outside we opened the driveway to allow for up to 4 cars. In the garden we took down the garage to create a much bigger garden with space for summer house and new patio area. We re-wired the property and put in a new boiler and plumbing throughout.
