My background is in business and Human Resources which has given me many transferable skills to run and scale up our Property business.
I am responsible for sourcing all of our projects and liaising with all agents throughout the conveyancing stage. I manage all of the design aspects of each project and instruct the build team as to the end finish.
Day to day I manage all of the business aspects; finance, strategy, social media, working with investors and all of the administration.
My background is in Bricklaying and I have been doing this since I left school at 16. Over the years my trade experience has grown from being on sites and my knowledge covers new build developments and renovation of older properties. I am also a qualified Site Manager.
Day to day I am the main contractor and Project Manager for every project. I complete the majority of all the renovations works, manage all of the sourcing, negotiating and buying of materials and work with any trades needed to ensure the work is done to a high standard.
