Summary of works done:​

This project needed a complete renovation inside and out. We turned it from a 4 bed, 1 bath chalet bungalow to a 5 bed, 3 bath chalet bungalow with an extension to provide open plan kitchen/living/dining and a separate utility room. We cleared and levelled the entire back garden and expanded the driveway to allow for up to 5 cars. We re-wired the property and put in a new boiler and plumbing throughout.
