Summary of works done:​

In this project we added on a 6mx4m extension to create an open plan kitchen/dining/snug space. We reconfigured the downstairs bedroom with wet room to create a huge bathroom with freestanding bath and separate shower and a separate utility room. With the changes made the house is now a 5 bed, 2 bath with separate home office, separate living room and a drive in/drive out driveway with space for 8 cars. The house also benefits from a separate double garage and 0.5 acre of garden space.
