Summary of works done:​

For this project we re-built the conservatory with block work and raised the floor and roof to move the kitchen into this space. We have turned the old kitchen into an additional bedroom, re-wired the property, put in a new boiler and all new plumbing system. All rooms have been plastered and finished to a high specification as per our other projects. We have also put in a dropped kerb at the front of the property to create a driveway for 2 cars.
